If you are injured at work, report your accident immediately. Make sure you notify a supervisor of the accident and request that they complete the appropriate accident paperwork. If you need medical attention, request that it is provided to you in order to address your injuries. As soon as it is practically possible, try and note any details of the events that may be helpful to you, including witnesses, locations, or other details of the accident. If possible, request a copy of the accident report for your own records.
