What Is a Deposition? Why Goings Law Firm, LLC Clients Always Walk In Prepared
Video Transcript
Depositions are essential in almost all litigated cases. In the most simplest terms, a deposition is sworn, out-of-court testimony given by a witness in a lawsuit. The main purpose of a deposition is to gather information and to lock in testimony about your case. Most of my clients are extremely worried leading into the deposition, and all of my clients have admitted after the deposition that they were more than prepared.
