Heading to Pick Up Her Child When a Box Truck Changed Everything

My name is Olivia Mendez. I’m from Columbia, South Carolina. I was leaving work and I was heading to pick up my child. I was right here on the corner of Bull and Calhoun Street. And before I knew it, a box truck pulled out in front of me. I was in a car accident. I was seriously injured. I was taken to the hospital, treated for head trauma, back trauma. It was difficult for me to walk, and I was in a lot of pain. It changed my life dramatically from the car accident due to me standing on my feet. I was unable to do a lot of things that I normally do. I am a manager there at Greek Boys. I knew I needed to get well from the car accident. After the accident, I knew I was going to need help navigating through this. I contacted the Goings Law Firm and asked them if they would be able to help me get some treatment, getting therapy, medical bills, taking care of how I was going to get compensation for missing work. Of course, I totaled my car, only had it for a month and a half, so they were able to guide me through every step of the way with ease from the beginning to the end. They cared for me. They worried about my situation. Working with them was easy. It took a lot of stress off so I could recover faster. Knowing Chris, Brianna, and Robert for the ten plus years in the store of serving them, I’m glad that they are able to serve me. They did the same work that I do. Respectful.
