Kelly Morrow

Originally from Charleston, Kelly earned her undergraduate degree from Clemson University before moving to New Orleans to attend Loyola University, where she received her law degree. She returned to South Carolina to begin her legal career, initially representing employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation cases. With more than 20 years of experience in the field, Kelly has tried hundreds of cases and built a reputation for both tenacity and thoughtfulness.
In addition to her litigation practice, Kelly is a certified mediator and has spent a significant part of her work in the past decade meeting with injured workers and helping parties reach fair and practical resolutions. Her work as a mediator shaped her decision to shift her focus—today, she draws on her depth of knowledge to advocate exclusively for injured workers, ensuring they receive the justice and care they deserve.
Kelly is an active leader in the workers’ compensation community. She currently serves on the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association Board of Directors, where she has been a proponent for ethical practices and treatments of individuals and companies alike. She has been recognized numerous times by Best Lawyers® for Workers’ Compensation Law, including being named “Lawyer of the Year” in 2024. She has also been named one of the Legal Elite in the Midlands by Columbia Business monthly, serves as the Master of the Bench for Stanford E. Lacy Workers’ Compensation Inn of Court, and is a Fellow in the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers.
Outside the office, Kelly is a devoted wife and mother to one son and one daughter. An avid runner, she has completed six Chicago Marathons and enjoys hiking, camping, and traveling with her family. The family tries to see as many National Parks as they can, and they’ve crossed many of the parks in the Continental U.S. off their list, although everyone would love to cross off one in Hawaii or Alaska! When she isn’t on the move, Kelly enjoys relaxing with her two Labrador retrievers.
