Director of Operations
A native of South Carolina, Joey Conway joins Goings Law Firm, LLC as Director of Operations, bringing a blend of business knowledge, legal experience, and a passion for supporting the team. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Paralegal Certificate, and many years of experience at several local law firms, he has a practical, people-first approach to daily operations. Joey focuses on strengthening internal processes, improving efficiency, and making sure the team has everything needed to provide clients with excellent service.
Outside of the office, Joey enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, and their two dogs, Moose and Frito. He also coaches high school football where he gets to mentor the players, share his love of the game, and bring a little fun and guidance to the team both on and off the field.
